M:I'm sorry to say your friend Ms. Barbara was injured when she was on the sightseeing bus.

W:Oh, was she? Where is she now?

M:She has been hospitalized in American Hospital and it might take a few days to recover.

W:Will you give me the telephone number of the American Hospital and is the hospital near here?

M:The telephone number is 222-1111. And you can reach there in 10 minutes by car.

Nice notification.
However, there is no one can assure safety even in tour bus.
