It's good to have a plan ,and it's better to have preparation.   You not only have to know what you want to do ,but also prepare for those staff.  It's more efficient to go through a day planned than not.   Listing out what you want to do will help you to complete the same task more quickly and correctly. 不要让事情使你混乱。
