All therapy expenses exceed the budget.

3.很少人乐观的认为这个队赢得这场比赛
Few people keep a positve attitude toward the team being the match winner.

4.这是收获苹果的最佳时间
It is the apple's best harvest season

5. 缺少材料是生产的最大障碍
Material shortage is the biggest obstacle of production

6. practise makes perfect
