in order to abtain the driver licence, you should have to learn how to drive, the traffic regulations and pass the exam.

the elder could not walk without crutch.

we accept this regulation in principle.

it is hard to work this task out in one week.
5.要得到驾驶执照需要学习开车，学习交通规则，还要经过考试。
if you want to have driving license， you must learn how to drive car and rules of traffic,and pass the examination.
