Good expression:
counteroffer反要约，还价；为什么用well found不理解...
take the liberty to doing (这里要指正一下是sending）冒昧的，还有自主的擅自的意思 Eg.We take the liberty of introducing ourselves；
be punctuated with 是个好词，可是中文翻译成‘打断’不敢苟同，应该是一种微妙的不时介入，用“他的讲话中不时的有欢呼声”个人认为更符合逻辑；
