They are not unware why only majority of people can go out of the dilemma while  most of them cannot

There is no shrtcut and secret  if you want to make a progress
4.    你很快就会发现，你能比其他人一天之中完成的东西多很多。
you will notice soon that you can accomlish much more thing in one day than others
5.    Prepare for the events of your day whether it is school, your job, or even having fun.
时刻准备着，无论你是在学校，工作，还是玩耍时。
